Jim Kelly is the founder and President of Senior Services Insurance Agency, Inc. and specializes in Medicare solutions for seniors. Jim has been in the financial and insurance industry for over thirty years. He started his career in 1993 on Wall Street as a stockbroker and then became a trader. In 2002, Jim moved to mortgage banking and managed a mortgage bank until 2008. Since 2008, Jim has been offering seniors guidance and assistance with their Medicare needs. He has his Life & Health (2-15) and Property & Casualty (2-20) licenses.

Jim sets a high standard for customer service. His proven success as an insurance agent and owner is due to his commitment to hard work and the lifelong relationships he’s established with his clients. As the leader of Senior Services Insurance Agency, Jim’s employees respect and admire his ability to generate opportunities and provide the necessary tools and marketplaces for each agent to succeed within the company.

Carroll St. Clair has been a registered nurse for over 20 years and has been a licensed insurance agent in Florida since 2022. She was an Alumna of Berklee College of Music and Galen College of Nursing. Before her education, Carroll worked in marketing and sales in the financial services industry. As a nurse, she began helping people turning sixty-five choose their Medicare plans as another way of assisting patients with their healthcare. In her spare time, she plays jazz and blues piano with different bands in the Sarasota, Bradenton area. Carroll has three children, and three grandchildren with another grandchild on the way. Carroll saw a need for people to have expert guidance in choosing their Medicare plans and saw this as a further opportunity to help people navigate the healthcare system. As your Medicare advocate, Carroll's financial and healthcare experience will assist clients in choosing the best insurance plans to meet their daily and future needs.

Holly Kelly began her insurance journey in 2024 and specializes in the ACA (Affordable Care Act) Marketplace healthcare plans. Her passion and desire to assist clients in choosing their healthcare plan is extremely gratifying as it is one of the biggest decisions one makes in a lifetime. Holly's focus is to give clients 100% professional attention in the important choices of choosing their specific in-network doctors and hospitals in their area. Her background in management, sales, marketing, and a strong connection with people results in valued relationships and long-term business success. Holly enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, enjoy the outdoors, paddleboarding, snorkeling, as well as volunteering at Loggerhead Marinelife Center. She is an active Florida realtor, a member of the Grady White Boat Owners Club of North Palm Beach, and also a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Hunter Baron was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. He has been a licensed health insurance agent since 2022 specializing in Medicare healthcare plans. Prior to this industry, he worked as an assistant to a Chiropractor, in which his job duties consisted of customer service and filing paperwork with all the different insurance companies. He enjoys assisting his clients to navigate what health insurance plans are best for them once they turn sixty-five years old and then provides Medicare solutions to specifically meet their healthcare needs. In his off time, Hunter enjoys spending time with family and friends, checking out new local restaurants while living a healthy lifestyle through fitness training.
